- You will need to notify Canadalux Contracting INC with your request to return the purchased product before shipping it to Canadalux Contracting INC address.
- Uninstalled Returns in new condition with original packaging and accessories will receive a refund if it was not a final sale.
- Canadalux Contracting INC will ask to ship the purchased materials back to their address only after inspecting the eligibility of the return or the refund.
- Returns must be sent to Canadalux Contracting address within 30 days of original ship date.
- Once the return is received and inspected, Canadalux Contracting INC will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price. Refunds are usually reflected on your account within 7-8 business days of the receipt of your return.
- Customer may handle or pay for two way shipping charges.
- Warranty will be granted only if the product is installed by the Canadalux Contracting INC team or by the customer but after receiving a 60-90 min course on how to install the dome + sending pictures or video after installation that shows how successful the installation, pictures should include all the sides of the dome and anchoring.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary between 2- 8 weeks.
- Defective items returned within 30 days will be replaced at no cost to you. Canadalux Contracting INC will send you a prepaid shipping label for your return of the defective item, or send you the spare parts.

- Any purchase done by a Coupon code entry that includes the word “Final Sale” is not under warranty, and is a final sale that can not be returned or refunded.
- Any partial or fully installed Dome will not be eligible for return or refund.
Warranty:
Expected lifespan of the Frameless Dome is at least 15 years, And Canadalux Contracting INC warrants to customers that DOME Products will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under use for 24 months from the date of purchase. For the Purchaser only, if the Product fails to perform as specified during the Warranty Period only due to defective parts or faulty workmanship of the panels, Canadalux Contracting INC will fix or replace the defective or damaged parts of the Product.
Scratches,tear, wear can not be under warranty in the following situations:
1-Wrong handling.
2- Abnormal use.
3- Miss apply.
4- Scratched generated by cleaning.
5- Wrong installation, improper shipping.
6- Scratches generated from washing the Dome.
This warranty covers only normal use in Canada And The United States. To obtain warranty service during the Warranty Period email:
support@test.canadalux.ca for instructions on sending damaged parts. Products returned to Canadalux Contracting for repair or replacement without authorization will be returned at the sender’s expense. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt showing date and details of purchase. The invoice number must be clearly written on the side of the shipping container in which you return the Product or defective parts. Unless otherwise instructed by Canadalux Contracting INC, the Product must be sent freight prepaid to Canadalux Contracting Head Office : 287-7250 Keele St, Concord, ON, L4K 1Z8, or to another address requested by Canadalux Contracting INC.
Canadalux Contracting INC will repair or replace the defective parts and return them at Canadalux Contracting INC, cost by a shipping method selected by Canadalux Contracting INC.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, AND, NO OTHER PERSON OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF CANADALUX CONTRACTING INC. OR ASSUME FOR CANADALUX CONTRACTING INC ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL CANADALUX CONTRACTING INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING DAMAGES DUE TO CANADALUX CONTRACTING NEGLIGENCE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM PROVINCE TO PROVINCE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
